I'm not sure why it got low reviews. This movie was great from start to finish. I didn't notice any cheesy or over the top moments that made it corny. It had good action with good characters that end up together.
The acting was also good. I'm not sure what people wanted, it's good movie. When I went to watch it I went in expecting a bad movie based off of the reviews. I hope other people give it a try.
