See it on DVD for the fun visuals especially Laureline with her hair messed up. The characters are inconsistent with the source material except when they do a U turn in the last 5 min. This is not a problem of Americans judging a French movie.
This is just spending millions on visual effects and hundreds on scripting editing and everything else.
