Review of Valerian and the City of a Thousand Planets (2017) by Cass M — 29 Jul 2017
Loved the world building and themes. Much like the 5th element there are several stories in one movie.
Spoiler alert - the best part was the peaceful people who had their planet destroyed did not turn into revenge driven warmongers. Their weapons didn't kill and their motives we're getting knowledge to move somewhere they could recreate their home world. They even left the true villian to be punished under the mores of their culture.
