Review of Valentine (2001) by Jeffrey L — 20 Jan 2008

While not as good as Scream or I Know w What You Did Last Summer, and with ti coming out pretty much towards the end of the teen slasher who's-the-killer phase, it seems like an old tired retred of all those movies, with a killer that's so predictable, you can guess from the first 15 minutes who it is.

However, the movie still manages to be fun with the delivery. The characters are fun to watch, the deaths are some of the most inventive I've ever seen, and the mask of the killer is a bit creepy. There are definitively worse teen slashers out there and while this one provides nothing new, it's not outright horrible either.
