I was pleasantly surprised with this reboot and that's not something I can say about many reboots so far. Ed Helms is solid as Rusty Griswold, Christina Applegate continues to be funny in these types of comedies, and the two kids almost steal the show early on.

Some great cameos along the way (especially from Chevy Chase and Bev D'Angelo) and you've got yourself a good comedy with a lot of laughs. Much better than I expected it to be.
