Review of Vacancy (2007) by Matthew A — 02 Jun 2010
Kate and Luke really need to start making better career choices...
The idea is good but the execution is just awful.... THe characters are poor and what could have been gripping is made into something that is dull and predictable.
Frank Whalley however comes off as a psycho Ned Flanders which is probably one of the more interesting elements of the film to watch. It's watchable to be sure, but it's ultimately forgetable....
