Review of Vacancy (1999) by Matthew B — 12 Feb 2011
Maybe I just don't get fazed by movies anymore.. but the biggest shock was in the trailer, when we discover that the low-budget snuff films were filmed in the same room they are staying in. But it doesn't do anything new, the movie gets obsessed with their "smart" plot elements, and sometimes the acting is just odd.
