Dante the Great: The first segment is a decent one that is actually something I've never seen. The acting is good, and the effects are cool to look at. It's interesting, but not as interesting as it was trying to be. The fight scenes are really good, and it's cool of the way they fight. It's a bit messed up, but I didn't find it scary at all. I was questioning it like, how is this being filmed? Dante the Great is not really that great of a start, but it was a heck of a try for a segment.

Parallel Monsters: Well that was quite a segment. The premise is really different, and the acting is decent. The new world looks creepy, and the effects are good. The make-up looks messed up and disturbing, but in an effective way. It's a bit disturbing, and can be a scary place living there. It made sense why it's found footage, and the effects on the camera looked cool. It's the best segment in the movie so far and I actually wanted to see a movie out of this.

Bonestorm: I was actually looking forward to Justin Benson and Aaron Scott Moorhead's segment, until everybody talked about how it's the worst segment in this movie. Sadly after watching it, they're right. The acting is fine though, and there's one moment the I actually laughed at, but man, this segment has the most stupid characters that I've ever seen in a long time. The characters are mean-spirited, and they could've gotten out of the situation if they didn't just stay there. The fight scenes are great to watch, but what's the point when they could've got out of it like I said. The effects looks really cheap, and some of it was really unnecessary. I'm very disappointed of what it could've been, and just turn out to be a horrible segment.

Vicious Circles: This segment is a boring one that I didn't find it scary at all. The acting is dull, the plot doesn't make any sense, and it sometimes goes nowhere. Some moments were just random and add nothing to the story.

V/H/S Viral is an all right horror movie that half of the segments are good, while the other half is just awful. There's a bit more bad stuff in it than the good stuff which makes this movie to be disappointing.
