Sometimes less is more. I wish the folks in charge of this movie would have remembered that. As with a large number of sequels, the blood and gore was just way overdone. It wasn't terrible, but I would rather not be asking myself "WTF?" after I watch a movie.
It felt like they were seeking less of a wow factor and more of a gore factor here. That being said, if there's a 3rd one, I'll give it a shot, but they've got work to do.
