V for Vendetta certainly offers some great alternatives to modern government but it may have been more effective if it was realistic. The audience knows throughout the movie that this could never happen because V is inexplicably a superhero.
However, the movie did have dazzling visuals and an entertaining film full of unexpected twists and turns.
