Review of Used Cars (1980) by Kris O — 17 Dec 2007
Rob Zemeckis and Bob Gale's first big teaming is in the best list for 80's Comedies. Kurt Russell is perfect as always, as a used car salesman trying to keep his boss's twin brother(Jack Warden) from gaining the majority of business in the mid-west.
The jokes may seem tame now-a-days, yet still damn funny for the time! Also, if for nuthin' else this movie is worth checkin' out for the commercials!! If t.v. networks aired more commercials of this nature, then I'd have no problem waiting for my program to come back on.
