It's kind of like an unofficial sequel to The Fugitive, with the same characters but this time we focus on Wesley Snipes, once again framed for murder. Here we go again. But wait, this time we're weaving in some other plot twists in the form of drug abusing Downey, who turns out to be a corrupt agent.
