Excellent thrill ride with a surprise and happy ending (except for the agents killed, of course). Jones, Snipes, and Downey, Jr. were all awesome. I honestly don't know what the critics wanted (27% rating?).
I haven't seen The Fugitive, but this movie has no problem standing on it's own!
