I wouldn't have watched it if I never saw The Fugitive, only because I loved The Fugitive so much! I wouldn't call US Marshals a sequel to The Fugitive, but more like a remake with a tweaked story.
I guess it's worth a watch, but only really if you've seen The Fugitive.
