A badly written and directed horror D-movie, masquerading as a thinker. Absolutely nothing in the film makes sense. I didn't find it scary at all. I literally wanted to turn it off ten minutes before it finished, but I didn't for some reason. I should have turned it off half way.
I liked Jordan Peele in Key & Peele. Keanu was pretty funny. Get Out was decent, but kind of racist and massively over-rated... Peele's Twilight Zone remake was awful. Us is basically a feature length episode from his Twilight Zone.
I don't like the direction Jordan Peele is going. Not going to watch his next film.
An average of 8/10 from critics is ridiculous.
