As far as a sequel goes, it's fair. As far as an actual movie, not bad. I really enjoy urban legends and this series does a great job with it, though sometimes I really don't understand where some of the idea's come from.
Aside from that, the acting is what you would expect from a teen slasher flick, the plot is pretty good, and the pacing is a little wobbly, aside from that, relatively good movie altogether.
