Review of Urban Legends: Bloody Mary (2005) by Jason Y — 30 Jul 2005
DVD First Viewing, 3 Lambert films seen.
In many ways, Urban Legends: Bloody Mary is the most successful film in the Urban Legend trilogy. It's just a shame that its small budget kept it away from a theatrical release. If Final Cut (and the crappy original) could, then they should have given director Mary Lambert a few more dollars to make the visual effects look a little more realistic. There are a few terrifying moments in this picture, but they are almost completely ruined by horrible CGI effects.
