The filmmakers try and take the "Urban Legend" franchise in a new direction and fall flat on their faces. The movie is full of surprises - it's surpringly long, surprisingly dull, and surprisingly void of scares of any kind.
The production value is so poor, you would think was a student film instead of a studio flick ... horrendous.
