This movie has been rated so low. Its not that bad I have seen movies worse than this with higher ratings.
Anyhow I have watched this and I thought it had some good moments. Acting wise it is flat but there twists here and there which will keep you engaged.
The story is about a college student Natalie who finds herself at the center of a series of sadistic murders. These murders are inspired by urban legends.
It was a fun movie and worth to be checked out.
I think a 60% rating for this one would be fair enough.
