Review of Urban Legend (1998) by Jessica X — 17 Sep 2010
Although it has a promising premise, urban legend fails to deliver any thrills nor scares and the acting is not that great. the story line is decent but thats about it, there isn't as much blood as I would have expected and like the tomatometer says, it has the elements of "scream", but unlike scream, its not scary nor suspenseful.
