Pretty good 90's era horror slasher flick. I really dig the concept of a serial killer killing people via urban legends, however the problem is it runs out of steam after the first hour and after you discover who the killer is it goes bad.

Plus disappointed that Jared Leto doesn't get maimed in some way, although he did a passable job. All in all good horror flick obviously made because of Scream but does for the most part stand on its own just doesn't quit deliver all the goods that it could have.
