Slightly cheap looking production values cannot diminish the charisma of a revitalised Steven Seagal. Follows the recipe of his old films: economical plot + raw crunching fight scenes. It's good fun to see Seagal unleashed on the streets like a grizzled cowboy.
Eddie Griffin is an effective and intimidating honcho. Special bonus cameo of Danny Trejo being cool. A MUST FOR SEAGAL FANS.
