It's Seagal's best movie in a long time, which doesn't exactly mean that it's "good," but it is very entertaining and pretty competently put together. The fight scenes are no longer laughable, awkwardly edited mish-mashes of Seagal waving his arms spliced with obvious body doubles kicking ass - he's doing his own shit again.
He almost came off as intimidating once or twice!
