The best of Seagal's seemingly endless parade of straight to video action films. Most of his STV films have been really lame espionage films, with overly confusing storylines and not nearly enough action.
This one's nice and simple. Seagal is old and fat, and his hair is horrendous, but this flick has enough action and unintentional laughs to garner a recommendation. I love Seagal tries to talk "black" when he converses with black characters in this film.
Hilarious.
