If you had told me I would love a 2007 DTV Steven Seagal film, I would prolly have broken your wrist and knocked your teeth out with a cueball in a handkerchief, just for the sake of referencing "Out for Justice.
" However, this is somehow actually rather entertaining, and not filmed in a bombed-out industrial complex in Romania. I like to think of it as a reward for buying twelve DTV Steven Seagal films I'll likely never give a second viewing.
