Review of Uptown Girls (2003) by Iris K — 09 Apr 2010
I like this movie (1) because of Brittany Murphy's character's princess bedroom at the beginning over and against Leigh Nash's song, "Charmed Life," (2) Murphy's very feminine wardrobe, (3) because it shows that one does not need a man to be happy, and (4) because an uptight little girl (Dakota Fanning) learns how to be a child again.
