Review of Upstream Color (2013) by Henry B — 08 May 2013
Part Terry Gilliam, part Terrence Malick; all weird. This is the sort of transcendental art house film that 80% of typical american moviegoers can't stand, but if you are willing to go away with this film's slow pace and difficult plot there was a sad but compellingly original story here at play and beautiful cinematography to gaze upon.
