Thoroughly enjoyable. I'm reading lots of Blade Runner comparisons, but I think it's more Ex Machina meets Limitless. Except for the lighting, or lack thereof. In that respect, it's like every other dystopian sci-fi.
I can't say it's predictable, but I also wouldn't call it entirely original. Very well-done, though, and definitely worth your time.
