Review of Up in the Air (2009) by Joe C — 01 May 2012
Very well acted, scripted, and directed, this film was still slammed by critics upon release for being boring. I understand where they come from and empathize, this movie is fairly uneventful. However with my love of a film this cohesive, with a twist of humor, and characters you actually care about, this film hit the spot with me.
And if that weren't enough, this film metaphorically shows the importance of friendship, family, togetherness, and even love. And you know what, that settles just fine with me.
