Review of Unstoppable (2010) by Alex A — 07 Apr 2014
Although predictable at times, "Unstoppable" did a good job of keeping me on the edge of my seat for the whole show. Denzel Washington and Chris Pine make a great team and share a few tender moments as well as a few laughs, these guys really sold the mentor/student turned buddies angle well.
Rosario Dawson is also very good as the dispatch manager, having a few really good LOL moments of her own. The best part IMO was the way director Tony Scott managed to give the unmanned runaway train a strong character presence of it's own, a fully realized character.
All in all, just an exciting and entertaining time @ the movies.
