Review of Unstoppable (2010) by Prince L — 27 Dec 2012
The film is incredibly simple yet a delightfully well done suspenseful ride that is fueled by Denzel Washington's phenomenal performance and the beauty of an emotional life story to keep it moving in the track of suspense and reflection. Sometimes Tony Scott's filmography, which favors a more shaky camera operation, is a little over the top, but not so here. Scott's vision works beautifully to create the suspense the film needed.
On top of this, Harry Gregson-Williams complemented this work of suspense with his musical abilities, masterfully compiling sounds of suspense and emotion.
A great film.
