This was a really thought provoking movie. Although certain things may have been a bit of a stretch you can see how medical facilities like this can be out there using some of these terrible practices.
Throw in a super creepy, mentally deranged stalker and you have a chilling but believable story. Claire Foy was excellent in this movie.
