Unsane crawls under your skin with its unpredictable premise and Claire Foy's intense performance, that never hits a false note. Soderbergh perfectly uses the low-budget quality of a iPhone shot movie to place it in a environment that doesn't need grand scale direction, but more of a old-school 70's claustrophobic vibe of never entirely figuring out what's real and what isn't.
