Not bad at all... We have a pretty creepy ghost story here... And I think that the fact that the whole movie is filmed in a hospital environment makes it kind of creepier and original... The acting is also ok.
.. But I would have liked to see some "monsters / demons / revenant" of some kind, with some nice slashing scenes... But I guess it fits this movie's ambience well to keep it down a notch on this level.
