Review of Unrest (2006) by Kate D — 08 May 2008

It has some annoying teen-horror aspects to it, but overall I liked it better than I thought I would, and the characters tend to conduct themselves slightly more intelligently than the typical Hollywood fare.

Part of what makes it work is that the majority of the violence happens off frame, leaving it to the imagination. A solid, if occasionally uninspired film (though the cadaver tank was a nice touch).
