A genuinely ludicrous film that blends vicious martial arts violence with soppy scenes of sentimental kindness. So much goes on here that makes absolutely no sense you simply have to enjoy the absurdity plus the crunching fight scenes are truly excellent.
Watch in awe of Morgan Freeman as he manages to keep a straight face throughout.
