Cheesy dialog and hammy acting are just the beginning in this awesome explosion filled goof fest. Van Damme, Goldberg, and Michael Jai White bash each other but good. I guess there was a plot in there about super-soldiers and a computer trying to take over the world or something.
But who cares? That's not why you're watching this movie. Enjoy the schlocky fun.
