Story sucked, no character development, and hardly any continuity. completely ignores universal soldier: the return but, action was pretty sweet and some well choreographed fights. the movie really picks up at the last 40 minutes and is non-stop from there on out.
Van Damme still moves great and his rematch with a cloned Dolph Lundgren wasworth the watch. Oh and Arlovski like to punch guys in the face multiple times . . .a lot.
