The story drags for much of the film and despite all of the exposition, a lot of things are not clearly explained concerning the technical aspects. But the production value is pretty good for a straight-to-video film.
The action is decent but JCVD and Lundgren are showing their age. Hard to imagine why they would want to bring them back for another installment (as it is rumored). Arlovski does a good job playing the next generation Unisol who says very little.
