Can I count this as a zombie movie since the soldiers are basically reanimated corpses? No? Ok, well... for a piece of early 90s sci-fi/action... it's not bad. Doesn't hold up against films of today, but for its time, seems decent enough.
Though I have to say the plot was quite predictable and my brain might have went numb halfway through, especially with lines such as "you're discharged, sarge". Good to watch if there's nothing else on.
