Suffers from an enormous overabundance of characters, so much so that it makes caring about the passengers of United 93 difficult, and identifying with them nearly impossible. That said, this is still probably the best and least blatantly patriotic depiction of a 9/11 incident to date. It's filmed with suspense in mind, and the last 10 minutes goes to prove that horrible tragedy can still be pretty entertaining.
