Predictably, this is heart-wrending and very sad. It's effective in every way it is supposed to be, but will it stand the test of time? We'll see in ten years, I suppose.

As a sidebar, I'm not sure what the point in making this was. Because it's about real people and real events, it's harrowing and shocking, but we already know the facts of the movie. It offers nothing new, except a perspective you don't get from news reports.

Although it's about the heroism of everyday people, it's still a depressing watch. Unless you are deeply interested or feel the need to connect to the events of 9/11 I'd say avoid this film.
