One of the most brilliant fact based films ever made. The emotion is heart explodingly painful. The gritty reality of the people was portrayed perfectly and with the sincerest of spontaneity from the actors.
The dramatic irony adds to the tragedy and an entirely respectable balance of cinematic action and documentary accurate proceedings and personal tragedy was reached. A film that is not to be missed by anyone.
To me this secured Paul Greengrass as the greatest action director working today. It's the balance of tragedy and action that makes this film unforgettable. It will stay with you forever.
