Review of United 93 (2006) by Jays. — 30 Apr 2006
Unsentimentally evokes the emotion of compassion more powerfully than any movie in memory. Well honed paced and crafted. The mechanics of air traffic control on 9/11 and the internal havoc the hijackings caused that day are intensely represented in riveting sequence after riveting sequence.
The final scenes and those where incomplete information exists might leave some viewers wishing for more but the film has many qualities beyond that to offer and is thought provoking on many levels. Recommended.
