Review of Unfriended (2014) by Jameslucasutley — 25 Sep 2015
A found footage film takes its style in order to create a sense of realism, hence providing scares since things appear as if they're actually happening. When, like Unfriended, a sense of realism isn't achieved in the slightest, the film fails miserably and all that's to see are the clichés and poor writing beneath the found footage veil.
