Don't waste your time. It's not scary. Don't think: *Maybe fun to watch because it's a bad movie and could therefore be entertaining.* Well if you just happen to have a heavily security-guarded cinema filled with people raging about the stupidity of this film be welcome to somehow enjoy part of the movie but by no means think you won't feel disappointed in the end.
