Review of Unforgiven (1992) by Andy S — 15 Feb 2012
It blew me away, and I am not a fan of westerns at all. The serious internal struggles which Eastwood's character faces, as a man filled with nothing but regret for the life he has lived, makes the film captivating.
When Morgan Freeman and Gene Hackman are added into the mix, then the movie really soars. A gorgeously filmed western, with a very personal story to tell. It's an intense experience.
