Review of Unfaithful (2009) by Jhon E — 09 Oct 2012

This film is chilling and cold, I thought that was a good thing. Diane Lane does excellent, and Gere doesn't destroy the whole movie like he usually does. Despite what people say, this film is eerying a very enjoyable. While liking Lane, you can't help but hate her, how she cheats on Gere, who is a good husband. While some say it rushed, I thought that Gere picked the story up quite well, and the ending was good.

I liked how Gere knew, and she didn't and he watched her lying to his face. I was glad that he killed the guy, but Lane should have got what was coming to her, if I was going to murder someone, it would be my wife after being unfaithful - oh no I've said too much.

While the title gives most of the plot away, it is still interesting a the plot has a few twists and turns, but sadly is unable to avoidd the overall predicabiliaty, it manages to make the plot interesting, to mask the predictablility.
