The acting isn't as good as the first or second, but for a fighting movie its not half bad. the story line is pretty decent, but where this movie lacks, it makes up for with some of the best fighting scenes I have ever seen.
if you love fighting movies, especially x-treme martial arts, blood sports, or even MMA, you will love this film.
