Though it is better than many films in this genre, "Undisputed III: Redemption" doesn't quite break out of the typical enough to be too memorable.

Scott Adkins is a Russian fighter who is fighting his way out of prison, but his healing knee becomes an obstacle when he enters a tournament with the best prison fighters on the planet.

It's interesting having the Russian being the hero for a change. Adkins and Mykel Shannon Jenkins work well together as the Russian and American fighters and the fighting scenes are well shot. But the script is strictly standard.
